    CONCORD, Calif., April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Integritas, Inc. and
 StellarNet, Inc. today announced completion of contract arrangements adding
 property and casualty payer Internet linkage to Integritas' STIX(R) suite of
 occupational medicine practice management and clinical software applications.
 Monterey, CA based Integritas has provided innovative occupational healthcare
 software solutions since 1991.  StellarNet operates the property and casualty
 industry's Transaction Hub, launched in 1999, that enables electronic
 transmission, editing and delivery of both group health and non-group health
 bills and attachments.
     The new agreement activates payer connectivity arrangements for STIX, the
 comprehensive, Windows(TM) based software program that revolutionizes
 provider-based occupational health services, including automation of billing
 and accounts receivable management for workers' compensation and private
 practice billing for urgent care or other group health services.
