    LAS VEGAS, Nev., Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- COMDEX/FALL 2000,
Inter-Con/PC, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IPCN) (Inter-Con/PC) today
announced that the Company has chosen DiskOnChip, from M-Systems, as the local

Chairman and CEO of Inter-Con/PC, Inc. "The scalable 8MB-144MB of storage and
product size provides a very flexible feature for our CyberSpider(TM) TV
Set-Top Box. We believe that this user-friendly configuration will enable the
Company to achieve market penetration as we successfully sell through our TV
 Set-Top Box product line."
The CyberSpider(TM) TV Set-Top Box utilizes the Netscape Navigator 4.7 Web
browser and supports SSL v3 encryption for secure e-commerce transactions.
Macromedia Flash Player is standard on the device and other plug-in options
are available to meet customer requirements.
