Interface Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

    ATLANTA, April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Interface, Inc. (Nasdaq:   IFSIA)
 announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash
 dividend of $0.045 per share payable May 25, 2001 to shareholders of record as
 of May 11, 2001.
