Internet Trade Finance Exchange (ITFex) Names New CTO and Director of Operations

    NEW YORK, April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Bob Reselman (46) has joined the
 Internet Trade Finance Exchange (ITFex), http://www.ITFex.com, the first
 "end-to-end" global trade finance Internet marketplace, as chief technology
 officer.  In his new position, Reselman will be head of software development
 at ITFex, and will guide further development of the company's proprietary
 technology platform.
     Reselman, who has earned a national reputation as a software developer,
 writer, instructor and speaker, was the founding principal of Cognitive Arts
 and Technologies, makers of software tools and educational products, prior to
 joining ITFex.  Cognitive Arts and Technologies' client list included American
 Republic Insurance Company, Farm Bureau Financial Services, City of Des
 Moines, State Of Iowa Department of Transportation, Principal Financial Group,
 IBP and Simpson College.
     He was also a principal consultant with Cap Gemini/Ernst & Young were he
 served as a technology consulting services channel lead for the Midwest
 Division.  Reselman has also held numerous positions with the computer
 manufacturer, Gateway, most recently as platform architect for consumer
 products.  He earned his B.A. at Bard College and his Masters of Education
 degree from Tufts University.

 New York. Before CSFB, Easton was a vice president at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell
 Trade Finance Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bank, where, from
 1992 until 1997, he held several positions in New York and London, including
 North American Asset Origination, Sales & Trading and Operations Manager.
     From 1987 to 1991, Easton was assistant vice president and operations
 manager at A.I. Trade Finance, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the American
 International Group (AIG). Prior to AIG, he was a senior examiner with Chase
 Manhattan Bank and a graduate trainee with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co.
     Easton obtained his M.B.A. from City University Business School in London
 and a BSc in International Relations from Southampton University in England .
 He is a Graduate Member of the UK's Institute of Export.
