NEWTON, Mass., April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- inTEST Corporation's (Nasdaq: INTT)
Temptronic Subsidiary announced today that it has expanded its line of
ThermoChuck(R) Systems to now include solutions for the newest 300mm
semiconductor wafer products. After extensive field testing and analysis, the
patented 300mm ThermoChuck(R) System has proven that it can provide users with
a highly rigid, mechanically stable, low induced noise and high electrical
isolation capability that meets the most stringent requirements of wafer
 testing.
William M. Stone, President and CEO of Temptronic said, "The Titan
ThermoChuck(R) System has been designed to provide semiconductor wafer
producers with the ability to test both the 200mm and 300mm wafers with a new
level of precision and performance. This latest innovation gives Temptronic
the opportunity to expand its market reach into the rapidly growing 300mm
semiconductor wafer markets and new 200mm applications requiring power and
high probe load testing." Mr. Stone went on further to say, "With a
temperature range of -65 degrees C to +400 degrees C the TITAN ThermoChuck(R)
System surpasses previously developed hot and cold chucks in both thermal and
mechanical stability, and provides unparalleled surface flatness, temperature
uniformity and thermal capacity over a wide range of testing temperatures."
inTEST's Temptronic subsidiary is located in Newton, MA and is a leading
supplier of temperature management systems that are used by semiconductor
manufacturers, wireless communications providers, and the optical
