 Allscripts TouchWorks Prescribe and Dictate solutions.  As the state's largest

 hospitals and nearly 450 physicians in 3 states.  Iowa Health System completed
 a successful pilot project with Allscripts and will now proceed with a multi-
 year commitment for the rollout of Prescribe and Dictate to the balance of
