    LEESBURG, Va., April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Iridium Satellite LLC today
 announced that it has signed a non-exclusive agreement with Inepar
 DecisionLink, Corp. (IDL) to be a top-tier service provider. Iridium
 Satellite offers the only truly mobile, truly global satellite voice and data
 solution with complete coverage of the Earth's oceans, airways and Polar
 Regions.
     IDL is a joint venture between Inepar S.A. of Brazil and DecisionLink,
 Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DLNK) of Las Vegas, Nevada. The company currently
 provides satellite services focused on the monitoring of assets in industries
 including industrial, commercial and residential propane and heating oil;
 petroleum and natural gas; above and underground bulk storage tanks;
 chemicals; environmental monitoring; hydrocarbon and chemical leak detection;
 automatic meter reading; and transportation.
     "We see the Iridium service and our products taking us into market areas
 with very large installed bases, such as petroleum industry monitoring and
 control functions, vendor managed inventories, environmental monitoring and
 private networks," said Peter Lagergren, president of IDL. "Combining our
 impressive list of proven data transfer products with the new marketing
 emphasis of Iridium, its superior service provider support, its commitment to

 any network other than Iridium's global constellation of satellites. With
 recognized leadership in remote and mobile asset monitoring, 24x7 customer
 care, and prior experience in providing satellite communication services, IDL
 expects to play a significant role in building Iridium's customer base.
     "Iridium has a very targeted focus on industrial and government markets
 with operations in remote areas, and recognizes the need to secure experienced
 distributors to reach these customers," said Gino Picasso, CEO of Iridium.
 "IDL's strength in the energy sectors and experience with remote data products
 will make the company an integral and important member of our distribution
 channel, particularly as we continue to develop our data and short burst
 messaging capabilities."
