    DENVER, April 23 /PRNewswire Interactive News Release/ -- Jabber.com,
 Inc., provider of scalable Jabber(TM) Instant Messaging solutions and a
 subsidiary of Webb Interactive Services, Inc. (Nasdaq:   WEBB), in cooperation
 with leaders of the Jabber.org open source project, today announced the
 formation of the Jabber Foundation, a new organization dedicated to the
 interests of the Jabber community at large in developing an Open Source
 Instant Messaging and Presence Standard.
     The Jabber Foundation will be established as a membership-based, not-for-
 profit organization dedicated to supporting the Jabber Open Source movement
 and the needs of the Jabber Community, both commercial and not-for-profit.
 Modeled on the highly regarded Apache and Gnome Foundations, the Jabber
 Foundation will provide logistical, organizational, and technical support to
 the Jabber Community.
     Jeremie Miller, founder of the Jabber open source project said, "The
