John Hake Named GlobalCommerce Chairman

 Hake has been named chairman of the board at GlobalCommerce, the Broomfield,
 Colorado-based software developer for business-to-business trade over the
 Internet.  Hake was named president and chief executive officer in January.

 development, sales and management.  Hake was a co-founder and president of
 Versa-Link Inc., a financial and telecommunications software provider, vice
 president and chief information officer at Dain Rauscher, Inc. and a district
 manager at Oracle Corp.
