    HOLLYWOOD, Calif., April 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Don't miss NBC's "SuperStar
Thursday" this week, with special guest star appearances from Wynona Ryder,
Woody Harrelson, Sally Field, Kathie Lee Gifford, and an electric scooter from
 ZAPWORLD.COM (Nasdaq: ZAPP) called ZAPPY.
NBC's primetime situation comedy "Just Shoot Me" joins a growing list of
credits for the ZAPPY folding electric scooter. This season Dick Van Dyke is
a ZAPPY-riding, crime-solving doctor on "Diagnosis Murder." Other TV shows
like Dharma and Greg, Malcolm in the Middle and VIP also feature ZAPPY this
season. ZAP has also made appearances on commercials with Intel's Blue Man
Group and Worldcom's "Generation-D" and should be appearing in the upcoming
motion pictures, Pluto Nash with Eddie Murphy, and Disney's The Princess
 Diaries.
"Just Shoot Me," which airs at 9:30 p.m. PDT Thursday night on NBC, is
about a fictitious style magazine called "Blush." On Thursday's episode,
called "Sugar Momma," "Blush" begins serializing the work of romance novelist
Allison Spencer (played by Kathie Lee Gifford). Finch, played by actor and
comedian David Spade, finds himself being wooed by the author with offers of
gifts, which include a ZAPPY scooter. The sit-com also stars George Segal,
Laura San Giacomo, Wendie Malick and Enrico Colantoni.
Not only do ZAPPYs make great visuals for Hollywood, the cast and crew use
them to scoot quietly from their parking lot to the set. Hundreds of ZAPPY
scooters have been delivered to customers in Hollywood since the scooter was
introduced in 1997. Another ZAP product, the POWERSKI, has received a small
role in an upcoming major motion picture by a famous director (to be
announced). For more information on the POWERSKI, visit
