 its Healthcare Solutions Division (HSD) has launched VistaKEANE eHost
 Services(TM), an ASP offering of the company's proprietary financial and
 patient care applications for long-term care facilities.  VistaKEANE eHost
 Services(TM) provides nursing homes and long term care facilities access to
 Keane's suite of resident care and financial applications for a fixed monthly
 fee.
