Industry Veteran to Oversee Company's Growth, Strategic Alliances

 provider of customer interaction management (CIM) solutions for the contact
 center industry, today announced that Peter Kenyon has joined the company as
 vice president of business development.  In this position, Kenyon will lead
 Composit's expansion efforts in North America and employ his more than 30
 years of computer and telecommunications experience to develop strategic
 alliances for the company.

     Prior to joining Composit, Kenyon held a range of executive positions
 managing sales, marketing, information technology, customer care and

 partnerships, marketing and customer care initiatives.  Kenyon also served as
 senior vice president of Quintus Corporation's worldwide operations.
     Earlier in his career, he served as vice president of worldwide services
 for 3Com and as senior vice president of information systems for SGI.  In
 addition, Kenyon was the president of Nortel's Pactel Meridian Systems
 Division, a joint venture between Nortel and Pacific Telesis.  Kenyon is a
 Chartered Management Accountant in the United Kingdom and a Certified
 Management Accountant in Canada.
