Kincaid's knows fish and seafood. Guests can begin the evening by enjoying a smoked salmon bisque or oven-roasted blue lump crab and artichoke dip. Guests may also enjoy an Iceberg lettuce wedge and char-grilled teriyaki tenderloins that round out the appetizer menu.
The second-course menu offers modern tastes on American classic presentations. In keeping with the steakhouse heritage of Kincaid's, the entree menu features prime rib and applewood-smoked, char-grilled sirloin chateau. Smoked chili prawns invoke the playful side of the Kincaid's seafood menu, but the blue lump crab cakes are serious eats.
Finally, dessert will be impossible to pass up as Kincaid's third-course offering. A hot fudge waffle sundae (a long-standing Kincaid's favorite), key lime pie or berries and cream punctuate an evening of explosive flavors and comfortable dining.
