    NEW YORK, April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Ksixteen LLC announced today that
 Albert Gentry has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Real Estate.
 Gentry was previously a co-founder and Vice President of Real Estate and
 Facilities at LearnNow Schools, an education management organization.
     Ksixteen specializes in education industry real estate development, design
 and construction management, and financial advisory services. The company was
 formed in July 2000 by the former real estate department of Edison Schools
 Inc.  The company has a long-term master development agreement with Edison,
 the nation's leading private manager of public schools.
     "Al brings substantial real estate development expertise to Ksixteen, as
 well as a deep understanding of the intricacies of the charter school market,"

     Al Gentry will be based in Washington, DC and will support Ksixteen's real
