    HOUSTON, April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Iconixx, a leading e-business solutions
 provider, announced today the appointment of Matthew Walker as Chief Executive
 Officer and Jeff Jamison as President and Chief Operating Officer.  Both have
 been members of the senior management team since the company's inception and
 now take the top two leadership roles as the company moves into its second
 quarter having exceeded Q1 revenue projections.

     Mr. Walker will be responsible for responsible for setting the vision and

 continued growth and profitability.  Before being named CEO, Mr. Walker held
 the position of Chief Technology Officer at Iconixx and directed the company's
 technology development and project methodology.  He has over 15 years
 experience in technology management, consulting, complex systems integration
 and project management.
     As President and COO, Mr. Jamison is responsible for running the company's
 day-to-day operations, with a focus on the sales and delivery of the Iconixx
 e-business solutions.

     Throughout Mr. Jamison's 20-year career, he has worked directly with
 Fortune 1000 customers and has instructed courses on systems development
 methodology, consulting skills and the human aspects of running major IT
 engagements.  Mr. Jamison earned a Commerce Degree in computer science from
 the University of Saskatchewan.
