Lay will focus on educating advertising and marketing teams as well as buying partners from leading consumer brands on the best ways to leverage Q1Media's expertise across video, mobile, and display advertising.

Lay joined Q1Media in 2008 as a Senior Account Executive and quickly rose to become Director of Sales. Prior to Q1Media, she served as an Account Associate at Sommers Marketing and Public Relations and was a content producer for the Austin American-Statesman.
Lay is a long time Austin resident and an active runner and yoga practitioner. She earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
