Get Up! Get Moving!® Houston at Mason Park. The event promotes Hispanic family physical activity and good nutrition for better health and wellness for all. This FREE, open to the public event, is made possible by an extraordinary group of partners and volunteers.

This community is very interested in knowing how to stay healthy," said Daisy Morales, President of the Hispanic Health Coalition. "We have individuals that come every year to get their flu shots and high blood pressure screenings. Last year we had 42 individuals to follow up with a provider based on their health screenings. Legacy Health Clinic was there and helped them schedule appointments with a doctor at their clinic. It was so satisfying to know that 42 individuals are getting the medical care they need before suffering a stroke or heart attack"
