    SAN MATEO, Calif., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Logictier, a leading Internet
 operations provider and the Official Internet Operations Sponsor and Supplier
 of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games, today announced the appointments of
 Bill Glazier, to the position of vice president of marketing, Stan Freeman, to
 vice president of business development and R. Michael Sato, to vice president
 of human resources.  Glazier will be responsible for marketing and public
 relations activities, Freeman will charter all new business development leads
 and Sato will spearhead acquisition of new talent, while expanding and
 implementing new employee relations and retention programs for Logictier.

     Glazier joins Logictier with sixteen years of management experience in the
 fields of marketing and business development in high technology companies.
 Most recently, he served as vice president of marketing at PlaceWare, Inc.,
 where he was responsible for creating and implementing the company's marketing
 strategy for the leading Web conferencing Internet ASP.  In this role, Glazier
 was able to maintain significant increases in customer attraction and
 retention, growing the customer base from 50 to over 1000 in only 24 months.
 Prior to working at PlaceWare, Inc., Glazier served as vice president of
 marketing at Eloquent, Inc., and as director of marketing and business
 development at both Digital Equipment Corporation and Silicon Graphics.
 Glazier holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard University and an MBA from
 Stanford Business School.
     For the last four years, Freeman has held numerous positions at BEA
 Systems, ranging from senior director of strategic alliances, business
 programs and global services business development to vice president of
 worldwide partner programs and most recently, global partner operations, where
 he was charged with defining and driving the implementation of innovative
 operational infrastructure.  During his tenure at BEA Systems, Freeman
 increased revenues to $3 billion in three years with a 50% contribution from
 partners, built a 25-person infrastructure team for programs, marketing,
 partner portal implementation, channel readiness and operations.  Prior to
 working at BEA Systems, Freeman served as vice president of services
 & business development at Law Cypress Company, where he developed a services
 business that began as an out-sourced hardware and software maintenance
 business, leveraging major alliances with HP, IBM and other service providers.

 business.  Freeman has also held positions at Pyramid Technology Corporation,

     Sato has over eighteen years of progressive management experience in the
 fields of human resources and organizational and management development in

 strategies for recruiting, motivating and retaining key talent.  Some of his
