Lynn M. Nowicki Named President and COO of MessageLink, Inc.; Nowicki Will Take the Helm of This 2-Year-Old, Wireless Reseller and Provider

    BERWYN, Pa., April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Lynn M. Nowicki was named president
 and COO of MessageLink, Inc., the Berwyn, PA-based wireless reseller and
 provider, according to Jimmy Griffiths, MessageLink CEO and co-founder.
     Nowicki, originally from Pittsburgh and a resident of Wallingford, PA, has
 "a proven track record of building brands and the bottom-line," Griffiths
 said.
     "Lynn's experience as a senior executive with major Fortune 500 companies
 will help us establish ourselves as a wireless industry leader," he added.
 "She has managed a wide variety of operational areas, and her insightful,
 creative thinking will be a tremendous asset to our growing senior management

     Prior to joining MessageLink, Nowicki was vice president sales and
 marketing for Asset Trade.com, an Internet Capital Group partner company.
     She also served as general manager of Pepsi-Cola's operations in the Tri-
 State area with full responsibility for the $100 million regional business,
 managing 350 people in manufacturing, sales, distribution, customer service
 and marketing.  During her 10 years at PepsiCo, she had positions with
 increasing levels of responsibility in marketing, sales, strategy, process
 reengineering and general management.
     Nowicki began her career with General Mills, Inc. in marketing and was a
 product manager in the company's Gorton's Division, where she is credited with
 the national launch of the company's first microwave product.  This product
 made Gorton's the number one brand in its category.
     She holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Katz School
 of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in
 Journalism and Communications from Point Park College, graduating Magna Cum
 Laude.
     An active community leader, she is a board member of the Boy Scouts of
 Southeastern Pennsylvania, The Academy of Natural Sciences and the Forum of
 Executive Women, among others.  She is also on the board of AlternativeWork
