 changed the date for the release of its 2001 first-quarter earnings to
 Thursday, May 3, before trading begins on the New York Stock Exchange.  This
 will avoid a conflict with a meeting for health care analysts scheduled by a
 major hospital company on the previously announced date of May 2.
     At 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on May 3, the company will hold a conference
 call to discuss the company's results and performance for the first quarter.
