 The law firm of Marshack Shulman Hodges & Bastian LLP has added John Mark
 Jennings to its staff of attorneys, naming him an associate, according to
 Leonard M. Shulman, managing partner.
     Jennings joins the firm's bankruptcy and litigation divisions.

 Shulman.  "His expertise and diverse experience in bankruptcy matters is a

     Prior to joining the Marshack firm, Jennings was with Moskowitz & Nixdorf
 LLP.
     Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1997, 35-year-old Jennings is
 also admitted to practice in all courts in the U.S. District Court, the U.S.
 Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
     Graduating from Baylor University, Waco, Texas in 1988, with a bachelor of
 business administration degree, Jennings received his juris doctorate from
 Whittier Law School in 1997.  There he was a member of the Whittier Law Review
 and the Moot Court Honors Board.  He was awarded Highest Honors in Civil Trial
 Advocacy and was a Lt. Governor of the American Bar Association, Law Student
 Division.
     Jennings served as a trial clerk for the U.S. Tax Court in Washington D.C.
 from 1989 through 1994 and as an extern to the U.S. Attorneys Office in Los
 Angeles.  He was also an extern to the Judge Advocate General Corps, U.S. Army
 Reserve, as well as a staff assistant to the U.S. Department of Treasury and
 Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms in Washington D.C.
     Jennings is currently a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the
 Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Committees of the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum, the
 Robert A. Banyard American Inns of Court, the California State Bar
 Association, and the Volunteers in Parole.  He also currently serves as the
 Program Chair for the Young Executives of America.
     Jennings resides in Laguna Niguel with his wife.  They are expecting their
 first child in July.
