 of three members to its board of advisors: Ross Cooley, chairman of the board
 at the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation; Rich Geruson, senior vice president at
 Nokia Mobile Phones, Americas; and Anthony Ibarguen, venture partner at
 Internet Capital Group.  Mediaprise provides a software solution that enables
