CAMBRIDGE, Mass., April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Michael Papish, co-founder of
MediaUnbound, Inc., will speak at the NEMO Music Conference this Saturday,
April 21. He will appear on the panel "Leveraging Online Communities: We're
in With the In-Crowd" scheduled for 3:30pm at the World Trade Center Boston.
Cambridge-based MediaUnbound, a leader in digital music technology,
develops advanced personalization systems for digital music providers.
Responding to questions on the viability of online music subscriptions,
new methods for monetizing digital music and the components for creating
compelling music experiences, the panel will feature expert industry insight
from those closest to the emerging technologies.
"Saturday will be a great time to explain our philosophy about music
personalization-why MediaUnbound can make digital music better than CDs or FM
radio through technology that combines computers and people-to our colleagues
in the music industry," stated Papish. "We also look forward to sharing the
finer points of getting into sold-out shows at the Middle East Upstairs with
 our friends from the Valley."
Along with Papish, the panel will include representatives from Kick.com,
Music Buddha, Inc., Moodlogic, Inc., Echo Networks, and Dotclick Corporation.
It will mark the first occasion these companies have appeared together.
The NEMO Music Conference is one of the premier musical conferences in the
northeast, featuring performances, exhibitions, and discussion panels
throughout the three-day event. With over 200 bands and 30 panels and
workshops, the event is highlighted by the prestigious Boston Music Awards,
which honors both local and national artists.
