 partnership with i2 Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ITWO), the leading provider of
 supply chain and marketplace solutions.
     This partnership creates a combined merchandising and supply chain
 solution that is designed to allow retailers to track product and related
 planning metrics through the entire lifecycle -- from the raw materials all
 the way to the consumer's basket. The solution is projected to include space,
 assortment, price optimization, promotions and supply chain planning
 capabilities. Consumer demand will be incorporated into the process and vendor
 collaboration is enabled across all points of the workflow.
     The relationship structure between Mercari and i2 consists of several
