 announced that effective today, April 12, 2001, its common stock will no
 longer be listed on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.  Metrocall's common stock will
 be eligible for quotation on an electronic over-the-counter quotation system
 (e.g. the OTC Bulletin Board).
