     About mGen, Inc.
Since 1995, mGen, Inc. has successfully deployed mGen Enterprise and
actualized the e-Learning goals of large organizations such as the US Army and
the United States Department of Agriculture. In March 2001, EDS awarded mGen,
Inc. a three year contract to provide distance learning and training to
360,000 Navy and Marine Corps personnel as part of their $6.9 billion Navy
Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) contract. During the selection process, EDS

providers, including Lycos, Yahoo!, Citicorp Securities, Siemens, Lockheed,
