Michael Hallman Joins Digital Insight's Board of Directors; Former Microsoft President & COO Augments Already Strong Tech Board

 eFinance company, today announced the addition of technology veteran Michael
 Hallman to complement the Company's already solid Board of Directors.
     Hallman founded The Hallman Group, a management consulting firm located in
 Kirkland, Washington that focuses on marketing, sales, business development
 and strategic planning for the information systems industry.  He also serves
 on the board of directors of several prominent public companies, including
 Intuit Inc., InFocus Corp., WatchGuard Technology and Network Appliance
 Corporation.
     Hallman's experience includes two years as president and chief operating
 officer for Microsoft Corporation.  Hallman also was vice president of the
 Boeing Company and president of Boeing Computer Services. In addition, Hallman
 served as chief information officer.  In this role he was responsible for all
 information systems at Boeing.
     Prior to his time at Boeing, Hallman worked for IBM for twenty years in
 various sales and marketing executive positions, ending his tenure as vice
 president of Field Operations and was responsible for approximately one half
 of IBM's U.S. sales revenue.
     Hallman received his BBA and MBA from the University of Michigan.  In
 addition to his business activities, he serves as a trustee for the Seattle
 Museum of Flight.  He also serves on the executive advisory boards of the
 University of Washington business school and on the Visiting Committee to the
 University of Michigan Business School.
     In connection with the addition of Hallman, the Board has increased its
 size to eight members.
