 today the appointment of Michael L. Rich as Vice President of Sales. Prior to
 joining IronPlanet, Rich was Executive VP and General Manager of a major
 construction and aggregate firm in Florida. Before that he was the Vice
 President and Corporate Sales Manager for Forke Auctioneers where he put
 together the sales force and oversaw revenue growth from approximately $70
 million to over $300 million prior to Forke's acquisition by Ritchie Brothers
 Auctioneers in 1999.
