 presentation proposals for the 14th annual Microprocessor Forum, to be held
 October 15-19, 2001, at the Fairmont Hotel in San Jose, Calif.
     Microprocessor Forum is the largest, most important technical conference
 in the microprocessor industry.  Attendees will include professionals from
 computer and embedded application OEMs, component suppliers, semiconductor
