 programs, today announced the addition of two new senior-level management
 positions to enhance and support the company's evolving business model.
 MicroMass has appointed John Howe as chief operating officer and Suzanne
 Casiello as senior vice president of marketing, enabling MicroMass to grow and
 expand its Rapport(TM) software offering while supporting the company's
 cutting-edge creative services.

 content management, customer service, technical support, knowledge engineering

     Howe built a 24/7/365 infrastructure and a team of 45 to provide world
