    Microsoft Corp. and Hewlett-Packard Co. cordially invite you to share in
 the unveiling of new offerings and activities designed to help emerging
 e-businesses speed entry and grow rapidly while reducing burn rate.
 
     What:      Presented in the pages of http://www.microsoft.com/ecommerce/
                starting April 17, the offering is a new effort between
                Microsoft's dotSmart initiative and Hewlett-Packard's Garage
                program. In celebration of this joint effort, one emerging
                company will win a comprehensive startup package of hardware
                and software worth nearly half a million dollars.
 
     Who:       Prashant Shukla and Brent Johnson of Microsoft's e-commerce
                initiative will be available on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
                PDT to unveil the initiative and answer questions about its
                importance to e-commerce development.
