 as President and Chief Operating Officer.

 worldwide sales.  Prior to that, Swanson was president and managing director
 of Tenneco Automotive's South American operations.  Previously, Swanson
 directed international business development for Tenneco, particularly in the
 emerging markets.  Before Tenneco, Swanson served in the U.S. Army, most
 recently as an intelligence officer and arms control negotiator, where he
 managed a $30 million nuclear weapons monitoring facility in Russia.  Swanson
 speaks Russian and Spanish and is familiar with Korean.
