 involvement in the Continental Airlines OnePass(R) and Northwest Airlines
 WorldPerks frequent flyer programs, Midway Airlines (Nasdaq:   MDWY) is offering
 members double miles on all Midway flights between May 1 and June 30, 2001.
 Members can accrue miles on Midway Airlines beginning May 1, 2001, and they
 may redeem miles beginning June 1, 2001.
     Both programs will offer an array of benefits for Midway passengers,
 including mileage earning opportunities on all Midway flights, a wide range of
 Elite services and benefits, and worldwide earning and redemption
 opportunities.
