"Every company MILCOM Technologies has created has been tremendously
successful because of our ability to accurately analyze the market, assess the
technology, and determine the high-value market applications. The acquisition
of KTS, with its team of engineers and R&D laboratory, will ensure that MILCOM

stated Mike Buffa, MILCOM's CEO and Chairman.
"KTS's 20 years of technical expertise in the information technology (IT)
and communications sectors aligns perfectly with MILCOM's venture creation
process. By combining forces we will exponentially increase the value of
MILCOM and its new companies," stated Billy Koos, President of KTS.

     KTS's areas of expertise include:
     * Wireless Communications Systems -- product developments in satellite and
terrestrial microwave applications involving AM, FM, PM, FSK, PSK, QAM, spread
 spectrum and proprietary signaling technologies.
     * Embedded Chip Design -- solutions to embedded system design problems
including board-level design, software design and chip-level design.
     * Digital Signal Processing (DSP) -- implementing sophisticated processing
algorithms on a variety of DSP platforms.
     * Software Design -- concept-to-delivery experience with projects ranging
 in size from 8-bit, single-person designs to real-time 32-bit, multi-person,
multi-processor systems. This includes successful software solutions for
single processor systems, loosely coupled multiprocessors, processor arrays
 and other complex architectures.

KTS also specializes in analysis and implementation solutions for Embedded
Real-time Software, Computer Systems Architecture, ASIC Design, and
 Mathematical Analysis, Modeling and Simulation.

     ABOUT MILCOM TECHNOLOGIES
MILCOM Technologies conceives and creates market-dominant companies that
develop advanced communications products and applications. MILCOM creates
high-growth advanced infrastructure communications companies based on well-
funded, proven technologies that are typically acquired from major defense
companies. Our proprietary commercialization model includes extensive market
analysis and technology research that is fundamental to each affiliate company
we create. As such, we mitigate the risks normally associated with developing
new commercial ventures and at the same time provide higher returns than are
 associated with early stage investing.

     ABOUT KOOS TECHNICAL SERVICES

Florida, area in 1982 to provide experienced engineering design services for
the theoretical development and practical implementation of complex electronic
