SAN JOSE, Calif., April 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Mindmaker, Inc., a leading
developer of Intelligent Assistants, advanced Speech I/O Interfaces and other
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, and Digital Acoustics Corporation,
developers of the patented Voice Dialing over Tones (vDot(TM)) technology,
today announced an exclusive worldwide licensing agreement for Digital
 Acoustics' vDot technology and products.
Under the agreement, Mindmaker will have exclusive rights to Digital

software products, hardware devices, and other intellectual property. The
combination of Mindmaker's wide array of technologies with vDot will open the
door to a number of dynamic, new market segments including SOHO and enterprise
 deployment.
"We are very excited about the addition of Digital Acoustics' vDot
technology to our line of award-winning products and technologies," stated
Jozsef Kiraly, President and CEO of Mindmaker. "The addition of vDot to our

 are involved in."
"Over the past few years, our objective has been to bring the tangible
benefits of speech recognition to the mass market," added Scott Stogel,
President of Digital Acoustics. "This agreement with Mindmaker is a major
 step towards accomplishing that objective."
