 announces that it will restructure its business to concentrate on its Convolo
 family of High Availability software products and will exit the general Linux
 operating system support and professional services business.  The company has
 secured new financing and will continue to do business as Mission Critical
 Linux.
     As part of the restructuring, the Company will continue development of
 Convolo NetGuard Edition that provides unparalleled high availability
 performance for networked clusters.  The NetGuard product has won high praise
 in two independent studies by DH Brown and Intel Corp. as the top fast fail-
 over product in the Linux market place.  According to the research, the
 NetGuard product delivers a factor of five-performance improvement compared to
