 to provide its market-leading JBuilder(TM) 4 Foundation development
 environment as part of the Motorola iDEN(R) Subscriber Group's developers'

     Borland's JBuilder 4 Foundation is a 100% Pure Java(TM) development
 environment that supports the latest Java 2 platform standards and cross-
 platform development.  JBuilder 4 Foundation is designed to ease and speed the
 development process and allow developers to build, compile, debug, and deploy
 Java technology-based applications.
     This relationship has been established in anticipation of Motorola's Java
 2 Platform, Micro Edition (J2ME(TM)) technology-enabled multiple communication
 handsets, which are expected to be available in the first half of 2001 through
 iDEN network operators, including Nextel Communications and Southern LINC in
 the United States and TELUS Mobility/Clearnet in Canada.
