 ChangeAddress.com, the largest provider of online technology solutions for the
 change-of-address process. The acquisition coincides with Moving.com's
 two-year anniversary.

     The online application created by ChangeAddress.com simplifies a tedious
 part of the moving process for America's 44 million annual movers, by cutting
 the time needed to change one person's addresses from an estimated five hours
 to 15 minutes.  The service's address management technology also creates
 efficiency for vendors by preventing lost subscriptions, lost mail, and
 service disruptions for their consumers.
     After entering their old and new address data, users indicate who should
 be informed of their address change. The site provides the platform and
 infrastructure for the digital exchange and processing of address information
 for more than 60,000 institutions -- including banks, credit cards, magazines,
