 offering Brocade SilkWorm(R) Fibre Channel fabric switches to provide the
 storage networking infrastructure for the MTI Vivant enterprise storage server
 product line.  By incorporating Brocade fabric switches into the MTI Vivant
 product line, MTI has expanded the connectivity options available for use with
 MTI's integrated Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS)
 technologies.
     The new enhancements expand the range and scope of MTI's Connection
 Services, which are an integral component of each MTI Vivant storage solution.
 Connection Services provides high availability data access between open
 systems host servers and fault tolerant MTI Vivant storage servers.  Flexible
 configuration options enable IT organizations to quickly adapt to changing
 business requirements by providing seamless scalability for adding more hosts
 servers, more capacity and more processing power on an as-needed basis.
