Mr. Davidson represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters. With extensive experience in life sciences litigation, Mr. Davidson also represents pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in product liability lawsuits and government investigations. As defense counsel, he recently defeated a nine-figure patent damages claim that was featured in Texas Lawyer newspaper (Volterra Semiconductor Corp. v. Primarion).

Mr. Davidson earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Taylor University, graduating magna cum laude.
