Narad Networks Names Cable Industry Veteran VP of Marketing; Rosser the Latest Executive Talent to Join the Start-up

    WESTFORD, Mass., April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Narad Networks, Inc., a
 broadband IP services infrastructure company, today announced that Shellie
 Rosser, a 20-year veteran in cable television technology, has joined the
 company as vice president of marketing.
     Rosser, the latest seasoned executive to join the management team of the
 9-month old venture, will helm global responsibilities for strategic
 marketing, product management, product marketing and corporate communications
 in her new capacity.  The recipient of numerous cable industry awards and
 distinctions, Rosser has been instrumental in the successful introduction of
 new technologies for leading suppliers in the cable industry such as ICTV,
 ANTEC, Pioneer Communications and General Instrument Corp.

 vice president of subscriber systems and vice president of new business
 development.
     Earlier, Rosser also founded SR Consulting, where she provided strategic
 input and market analysis to numerous clients such as Cable Labs, Scientific-
 Atlanta and Media One. Her cable television career began in sales, where she
 was account executive for General Instrument, and later, director of corporate
 accounts for Pioneer Communications of America.
     In 1995, Rosser was recognized for her contributions to the cable industry
 with the prestigious NCTA Vanguard Award for Young Leadership.  She has served
 on numerous cable association foundations, boards and committees including
 Women In Cable and Telecommunications, CTPAA, CTAM, NCTA, and the FCC Advisory
 Committee on Advanced Television.
     She earned a B.B.A. at The Wharton School of the University of
 Pennsylvania.
