 on everything from their favorite rites of Spring and sitcoms to cell phones

 right -- when asked what they're most motivated to do now that it's spring, a
 majority of the nearly 3,900 people surveyed (38 percent) said spring
 cleaning.  (A close second:  starting an exercise program with 30 percent of

      Only "Hands Free" cell phones allowed in cars - 37%
      "No cell" section for restaurants - 12%
      "No cell" section for airports - 1 %
