    PHOENIX, April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- National Scientific Corporation
 (OTC Bulletin Board:   NSCT) today announced the establishment of an agreement
 with a leading Taiwanese foundry to provide manufacturing for a variety of NSC
 wireless products.
     Dr. Majid Hashemi, Chief Technology Officer and Group President of NSC,
 said, "We have selected a dominant force in high speed, high frequency CMOS
 foundry services.  Their support gives a significant boost to our product
 development and commercialization efforts."
     Mr. Graham Clark, Global Director of Sales & Marketing for NSC, said,
 "This foundry partner will enhance our existing R&D and production
 relationships.  It will address our need for advanced RF and high-speed CMOS
 process capability that is required for the manufacture of our wireless
 products.  Stanford Nanofabrication Facility (SNF) has proven to be a fine
 location for research, however to achieve full commercialization of our
 products, we require manufacturing capabilities that are beyond the scope of
 SNF.  We will continue to use Stanford, but we will also develop relationships
 with foundries and other facilities to create a network of worldwide suppliers
 and facilities that will ensure sufficient capacity to meet our manufacturing
 and product development plans."

 for process and test facility verification prior to full electrical test and
