 headline several events this week at COMDEX Chicago 2001, including a keynote
 address and press conference on Tuesday.  All programs will be held at
 McCormick Place Convention Center.
     Brian L. Halla, National's chairman, president and CEO, will deliver a
 keynote address at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Vista Ballroom on "The Bust that Went
 Boom: Information Appliances and the Next Semiconductor Supernova."  A media
 question and answer session will follow in the Media Center.
