netGuru Announces New Contracts From Web Initiatives in Engineering Market

Fiscal 2001 Ends With Record Revenues

    YORBA LINDA, Calif., April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- netGuru, Inc.
 (Nasdaq:   NGRU), an integrated Internet and IT technology and services company,
 today announced that during the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2001, the
 company secured approximately $1.5 million in contracts from its web
 initiatives in the engineering market.
     Signed with Fortune 1000 companies and well-known international
 engineering companies, these contracts represent the first significant revenue
 from netGuru's division, Web4engineers.com, which was launched in the third
 quarter of fiscal 2001. Under the contracts, netGuru will deliver customized
 solutions utilizing its proprietary web-based collaboration and document
 management technology. Revenue from the contracts is expected to be recognized
 over the next two to three quarters. "These contracts represent additions to
 our engineering software product revenue, which also grew significantly during
 the recently-ended fourth quarter," said Amrit K. Das, netGuru's Chairman and
 CEO.   "We believe that this new revenue stream will be an additional growth
 driver for netGuru in the current fiscal year."
