 site, and additional enhancements to NetLedger's existing services. With this
 upgrade, small businesses can leap from online accounting to a full spectrum
 of business management functions including customer relationship management,

     NetLedger CRM, an important new feature in this release, includes an
 integrated contact manager, company manager, task list, and calendar. In
 addition to storing contact information and company records, CRM enables
 businesses to track the communication and transaction history of their
 business relationships through a single screen.  The calendar enables users to
 schedule events with companies and contacts with whom they work.  Users can
 create tasks, assign them to others, set a priority level and monitor the
 status. The integration of CRM with NetLedger's e-commerce and accounting
 functionalities empower businesses to manage all aspects of their prospect,
 customer and vendor relationships.

     -- Web site:  This Web site tool allows users to quickly and easily set up
        and operate a Web site advertising their companies and/or goods and
        services based on the information in NetLedger.
     -- Web store Enhancements:  The additions to Web store include real-time
        shipping charge calculations, printable packing slips and return forms,
        item search, customer registration and password retrieval, and
        up-to-the-minute store performance and sales reports. Users can
        customize the look and feel, change the layout, and pick a color
        scheme.
     -- Time & Billing Enhancements:  Time & Billing has been enhanced to give
        users the flexibility to add custom fields to time records allowing
        them to track information that is unique to their businesses. Users can
        also enter start, end and break times into the system, which will
        automatically calculate total time.
     -- Improved Inventory:  Inventory has been enhanced to allow users to
        create and track kits/assemblies and grouped items. Kits/assemblies let
        users create items that are assembled from other inventory items. Users
        can assign multiple price points to kits and even make them available
        on their Web store. Whenever a user sells a kit, all of the components
        are deducted from inventory. Users even have the flexibility of showing
        the Bill of Materials on invoice forms when they send them to
        customers.
     -- New Item Types:  Several new item types have been added to give users
        more control when entering transactions. Subtotal items allow users to
        add subtotals when users are entering transactions. This has the added
        benefit of allowing users to enter a dollar amount and it is
        particularly useful if users want to add special instructions or a
        disclaimer to a transaction. Markup items allow you to quickly and
        easily mark up an item or multiple items by a certain percentage or
        dollar amount.
     -- Department and Class Tracking:  Users now have the ability to track all
        of their transactions by department in addition to class. They can also
        redefine either of these to track information that is important to
        their particular business. For example, users could rename "class" to
        "division" if they want to track financial information that way. In
        addition, users now have the ability to track individual line items of
        a sale or purchase transaction to different departments and/or classes.
     -- Efax & FaxCube Capabilities:  Users can now use their existing eFAX or
        FaxCube online faxing accounts to send fax documents directly from
        their NetLedger account.
