Neurotrash/NT Media Corp. Announces Merger, Name Change, And Diversification...

    LOS ANGELES, April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of its continued evolution
 into a diversified entertainment & media company, Neurotrash
 (http://www.neurotrash.com) announced today its recently completed merger with
 publicly traded MVD Holdings, Inc.  Under the terms of the deal, shareholders
 of Neurotrash parent Company NT Media Corp. exchanged 100% of their shares in
 the Company for 10,000,000 newly issued pre-split shares of MVD Holdings,
 Inc., which after the April 23, 2001 2.4 for 1 forward split became 24,000,000
 shares.  The new Company will be called NT Media Corp. of California (herein,
 NT Media Corp.) and will trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol
 NTMM.  Chris Mehringer and Dana O'Connor will assume the positions of CEO and
 President of the newly merged Company, respectively.  All former directors of
 MVD Holdings, Inc. have resigned.  NT Media Corp. was represented in the
 transaction by Beverly Hills and Frankfurt, Germany-based Astor Capital, Inc.
     CEO Mehringer explains, "Entering the public market presents a host of new
 opportunities for the Company, in particular those for expansion and

 has launched a strategy consulting group, NT Consulting.  Company will now
 operate four business units:  Gen-Y netcaster Neurotrash.com, full service
 on- and offline management division NT Management, film and television
 production/finance arm NT Entertainment, and the newly launched NT Consulting.
