    BOSTON, April 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The 2nd New England Regional Minority
 Health Conference: Eliminating Health Disparities by 2010 takes place March 31
 to April 3, 2001 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nashua, New Hampshire.
     The New England Regional Minority Health Conference is part of a national
 initiative to address the racial and ethnic disparities that we face in health
 today. This gathering will bring together federal, state and local policy
 makers, health care managers and executives, community-based health care
 providers, health professionals in practice and education, insurers,
 consumers, representatives from diverse communities and individuals concerned
 with quality improvement, policy and research.
     The conference serves as a forum for each New England State to formulate,
 develop, and update a State Plan on eliminating the racial and ethnic health
 disparities within each state.
