HOUSTON, March 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Conceived as a solution to assist builders and developers maintain leaner operational modes without compromising the full-range of sales and marketing services necessary to grow and succeed in a still unsure real estate market, Centralized Real Estate Services (C.R.E.S.) has officially launched in Houston.  The company's roster of high profile and primarily Texas-based clients includes Butler Brothers, Silvestri Investments, Rohe& Wright and Carmel Builders.  Margaret Greenwood, a 20-year veteran of the homebuilder arena and former Greater Houston Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council President, and Alan Greenwood, who has 30 years of experience working in-house and as a consultant for some of the city's premier master-planned communities, were recently hired to market C.R.E.S. to the builder/developer community.

Doing business out of the Sudhoff Properties office in Uptown Houston and sharing resources with the traditional residential brokerage, the company is also managing the sales and marketing efforts for a private real estate fund – Coastal Horizons – which has been purchasing distressed trophy properties and rereleasing them into the marketplace following key cosmetic and rebranding enhancements. Upper Kirby Estates, (formerly Bammel Lane Park Homes) a luxury townhome community in the city's affluent River Oaks area, served as the pilot for the C.R.E.S. program.  After stalling for nearly two years with no sales, the project is now flourishing under the direction of the C.R.E.S team with strong traffic and recent closings on several $1-million+ custom homes and a construction site.
