Nextrom Signs Multi-Year Lease With ProLogis For Facility in Growing Atlanta Distribution Park

    ATLANTA, April 12 /PRNewswire/ -- ProLogis (NYSE:   PLD), a leading global
 provider of distribution services and facilities, announced today that it has
 signed a multi-year lease with Nextrom for 51,600 square feet of industrial
 space in ProLogis Park Sugarloaf.  Nextrom will occupy the fifth and final
 building in the Park, which provides more than 541,400 square feet of real
 estate to companies, such as Merck, Progressive Lighting, Clopay and Foxboro.

     Nextrom, a Swiss company that manufactures solutions to the wire and
 cable, pipe and film and fiber optic industries, will open an R&D/sales and
 service location from this facility.  Specifically, Nextrom will employ more
 than 50 new people at this location to test and research fiber cable
 machinery.
